What is it?

Data Sync now supports syncing Projects, Courses, Listings, and Services objects on top of the already existing support of most default and custom objects.

Why does it matter?

In our marketplace we offer 100+ data sync apps which automate the synchronization of data fields and objects across platforms, reducing manual work and ensuring data consistency. With customizable field mappings, filter settings, and real-time updates, Data Sync allows users to maintain up-to-date information across their business tools.

We are now rolling out data sync support for some activatable objects in the Objects Library: Projects, Courses, Listings, and Services.

What data sync apps are impacted?

Within the world of data sync, it takes two apps to tango. So to truly know what is syncable we need to look at the union of what is syncable on the HubSpot side and what is syncable in the other app.

On the HubSpot side - generally we support syncing these objects: Calls, Carts, Companies, Contacts, Deals, Emails, Invoices, Meetings, Notes, Orders, Owners, Products, Tasks, Tickets. Any custom objects configured in the HubSpot portal are also syncable. And with this update, you can now also sync projects, courses, listings and services.

All of these new objects can be synced in the following data sync apps: Monday, Airtable, Smartsheet, Bubble, LimeCRM, Kintone, Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM, Outreach, Close, Insightly, SugarCRM. It is inside of these data sync apps that "custom objects" appear which have data that can be fit inside of the new library objects!
