What is it?
Customer agent's source usage report now includes a source type filter, letting admins view performance data for each content type separately.
Why does it matter?
Customer agent pulls from many different kinds of knowledge: hand-authored Q&A, knowledge base articles, uploaded files, website pages, and imported URLs. Before this filter, all of those sources appeared together in one list with no way to compare performance across content types. You couldn't tell whether your files were underperforming your website pages, or whether your short answers were resolving more conversations than your imported URLs. With this filter, you can evaluate each content type on its own terms and decide where to focus your knowledge-building effort.
How does it work?
- Navigate to customer agent > Reports > Source Usage.
- Select a content type from the Source type dropdown, located next to the Date range filter.
The Analyze table and summary tiles (Unique Used Sources and Avg Conversations Per Source) update to show only sources of the selected type. All types is the default.
