What is it?
You can now paste hyperlinks directly into the email editor without using the Insert Link button.
Why does it matter?
Adding links to your emails is faster and more intuitive. Instead of clicking through a dialog box to add a URL, you can paste links the same way you do in other tools like Google Docs or Slack—saving you time and clicks when composing messages.
How does it work?
In the email editor on record pages, the conversations inbox, or help desk, you can add hyperlinks in three ways:
- Copy hyperlinked text from another source and paste it into your email. The hyperlink will be preserved.
- Select existing text in your email, then paste a URL over it. The selected text will become hyperlinked.
- Type a URL directly into the editor. After typing a space, the URL automatically becomes a clickable hyperlink.
Who gets it?
This feature is available across all HubSpot products and tiers.
