Agent Builder's Workflows are Live

What is it?

Agent Builder's new workflows and custom agents are now live. One canvas for triggers, actions, and running your custom agents all with your data. Configure on a modern visual builder or get started with Breeze Assistant.

Why does it matter?

In the past, there was a limit to how far you could take automation. Once the rules you needed to decide became too complex for the system, the manual work fell back on your team to complete the task.

With Agent Builder, that era is over.

You can start your automation from wherever your business does — a scheduled process, an incoming webhook, a third-party event, or a CRM record — and when the work gets complex enough to need judgment, it hands off to an agent, waits for a result, and keeps going.

The power in Agent Builder is its 'optionality.' You can control every single step in a flow with more powerful features than the legacy Workflow Builder. But if the work gets complex enough that a strict rule won't cut it, an agent can keep the work going. No matter your preference, needs, or tech stack, you won't get stuck.

How does it work?

To access Agent Builder, go to Agent Hub. From there, you have multiple ways to get started:

• - Scroll to chat prompt and begin building with Breeze Assistant, HubSpot's native chat-based LLM.
• - Click Create in the top right. You can get started with a Custom Agent or build a Workflow, where you can add existing Agents from your HubSpot account or build them alongside your Workflow.
