Ask Breeze Assistant for Customer Agent Deployment Recommendations

What is it?

Breeze now recommends deployment strategies for launching your customer agent. Whether you are new to customer agent or have a customer agent live in your business, Breeze Assistant can help you understand where customer agent can assist in all of your conversation workspaces. Customer agent analyzes conversation volume and helps users understand when inbound conversations and tickets occur before, during, and after business hours. Their agent can also recommend a tailored deployment plan for getting started or how to scale up their current operations

Unsure of where to launch your Customer agent? Just ask Breeze!

Why does it matter?

Customers need clear, actionable insights into their conversations, why certain channels, and how these recommendations can improve their SLA times and customer satisfaction.

This helps customers make informed decisions about deploying Customer Agent to address risks and capitalize on opportunities in their support channels.

How does it work?

How it works

There are a few ways to get started:

  1. Navigate to Channels page of the Deploy section in the Customer Agent app and click the "Ask Breeze Assistant" option to get started with deployment recommendation guidance
  2. From Breeze Assistant: open Breeze Assistant and ask about your customer agent by name. For example, "Where should I deploy [Agent name]?"

Sample Prompts to try

Just getting started

  • - Hey [agent name], what are these deployment recommendations?
  • - Walk me through what these numbers mean.
  • - What's the red badge on my email channel?
  • - What does the green badge mean?

Understanding a specific channel

  • - Why is [agent name] being recommended for my email channel?
  • - Why is live chat showing as a priority?
  • - What's the after-hours traffic signal telling me about my chat channel?
  • - How did you estimate the coverage percentage for email?

Digging into the metrics

  • - What counts as an unassigned conversation?
  • - How is response time being calculated?
  • - Is the 50% coverage estimate based on my data, or a default?
  • - What's the difference between after-hours response time and during-hours?

Something looks off

  • - Why don't I see a recommendation for my Facebook channel?
  • - I don't see any recommendations at all -- what's going on?
  • - Office hours aren't configured. Does that affect the numbers?

Understanding ROI

  • - How many conversations could [agent name] handle each month on email?
  • - How many hours could [agent name] save my team?
  • - What would it cost to run [agent name] on my email channel?
  • - What's the estimated number of resolutions per month?

A few things to know

Breeze Assistant explains, but doesn't deploy.

To turn on coverage, use the deployment UI -- Breeze will point you there.

Low-volume channels (fewer than ~30 conversations/month) may not have recommendations yet. Breeze can explain why.
