The Context Panel is a sidebar in Breeze Assistant that shows you exactly what information Breeze is using to generate its responses — as it happens. You can see which CRM records, memories, brand guidelines, company details, and other sources Breeze referenced during your conversation, all in one place.
When Breeze gives you a great answer, it's often because it pulled from things you've set up — your brand voice, your CRM data, your company profile. But until now, there was no way to see that happening. You just had to trust it.
The Context Panel makes Breeze's reasoning visible. You can confirm it's using the right information, catch when something's missing, and feel confident that your setup is actually working.
As Breeze responds to your message, the Context Panel updates in real time — showing each source it draws from as it goes. After the conversation, those sources stay visible so you can review them anytime.
If you notice a source is missing from the panel, that's a signal that Breeze didn't have access to it. You can follow the link at the bottom of the panel to fill in the gap and improve future responses.
You have to click "Expand" icon within Breeze to enlarge the panel and click the "show context" icon.
