What is it?

Breeze Assistant is now available directly in Gmail with the HubSpot Sales extension, bringing AI-powered email assistance together with HubSpot CRM context. Users can prompt Breeze to generate or suggest email text, review and refine the result, and insert it directly into Gmail without leaving the compose experience.

Why does it matter?

Today, users who work primarily in Gmail have limited access to Breeze Assistant and the rich CRM context available in HubSpot while composing emails. This often means switching between applications or writing emails without customer, deal, and activity information readily available.

Bringing Breeze Assistant into Gmail with the HubSpot Sales extension gives users access to AI assistance and HubSpot context directly where they already work, making it easier to draft, refine, and reply to emails without interrupting their workflow.

How does it work?

While composing an email in Gmail using the HubSpot Sales extension, users can invoke Breeze Assistant from the Write with Breeze Assistant toolbar button or access it at any time from the Breeze Assistant tab in the extension sidebar.

The Write with Breeze Assistant button provides a quick entry point for email drafting, while the Breeze Assistant sidebar gives users access to the full Breeze Assistant experience.

Breeze uses the available HubSpot CRM context together with the current email thread to generate a draft, which users can review and refine through additional prompts.

Once satisfied, users can insert the generated content directly into the Gmail compose window and continue sending the email using Gmail's existing workflow.

Available in Gmail with in the HubSpot Sales extension on web.
