What is it?
A reimagined prompt experience for Breeze Assistant with @Mentions for CRM object search, a saved prompts library with reusable templates and placeholders, and categorized prompt suggestions (Summarize, Create, How do I, Prepare). Users can organize saved prompts with tags (Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, Support) and assign them to specific assistants.

Reduces time wasted retyping effective prompts. Helps users discover Breeze capabilities through intelligent suggestions.
How does it work?
- @Mentions: Type
@ in the text input (or click the @ icon) to search for CRM objects by name. Filter results by object type (contacts, companies, etc.) to quickly reference records in prompts
- Saved Prompts Library: Click the bookmark icon to access saved prompts. Create reusable prompts with object placeholders that trigger search when clicked. Organize prompts with tags (Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, Support) and assign to specific assistants or make available across all assistants. Manage (edit/delete) saved prompts from the prompt library screen
- Prompt Suggestion Buttons: Four buttons under the text input (Summarize, Create, How do I, Prepare) provide category-specific prompt suggestions. Suggestions update as Breeze Assistant is used. The "Prepare" category shows upcoming meetings from the user's calendar
- Editable Templates: After selecting a prompt template, edit it directly in the input box before sending. Placeholders remain clickable for CRM lookups.
