You can now select multiple Sensitive Data scan results and apply bulk actions to redact or mark them as not sensitive in a single step.
Admins needed a way to efficiently process large volumes of sensitive data findings; previously, one-at-a-time actions made it impractical to manage large scan outputs, causing findings to go un-actioned and reducing the value of scanning. Bulk actions enable practical, scalable remediation of detected data issues, saving significant time and making it feasible to address all findings after a scan.
From the Sensitive Data scan results page, select detected values using checkboxes, either individual occurrences or all instances of a repeated value.
You can choose to bulk redact or mark selected values as not sensitive. Per-occurrence actions override bulk actions on the same value. A running review count displays staged actions.
You can review and confirm all queued actions on a final review screen before redactions are applied.
