You can add the following information to a quote and allow buyers to edit the information before accepting the quote:

Previously, you had to collect billing information from buyers outside of the quoting process. This fragmented approach caused sales teams to waste time chasing down data, specifically billing information, purchase order numbers, and tax IDs, which are needed to ensure accurate billing.

PO Number
PO Number is stored on the individual quote as a quote property.
Buyer Tax ID
Tax ID is stored on the individual quote as a quote property.
Note: There is a maximum of 3 tax IDs per quote.
Buyer Company
If you add a company, but want the buyer to edit/update the information, you can:
The buyer will be able to make edits to the company record address, but not the company name. Any edits will be saved to the company record in the CRM.

Billing Contact is stored as a contact record in the CRM and is associated with the Quote and Deal.
Billing Address
Billing Address is stored on the quote as a quote property.
Billing Company
Billing Company is stored as a company record in the CRM and is associated with the Quote and Deal. The billing details will not show up on the PDF version of the quote.
