You can now search for Carts directly from HubSpot's global search bar — right alongside contacts, companies, deals, and more.
In HubSpot, Carts are a Commerce CRM object used to capture shopping cart activity from connected e-commerce sites — powering use cases like abandoned cart recovery, personalization, and revenue workflows. Making Carts searchable means you can quickly find and reference cart records across your connected tools — all within HubSpot.
When you use the global search in the top navigation, you'll now see Cart records in your results. Just start typing a cart's name and HubSpot will surface any matching records — with price, status, and created date shown for quick reference.
