We surface what matters most, so you can act faster and with more confidence.

How does it work?

On any Contact, Company, Deal or Ticket index table view, click the Breeze icon to see your Smart Insights:

• CRM Smart Digest is an AI-powered summary of the current view's CRM data.
• Smart Properties automates your research by finding information from the web or your company's records and putting it right into your CRM.
• Suggested Filters offers one-click recommendations to quickly find what matters most—from high-priority deals to overdue contacts—while also flagging data quality issues like missing values or misspellings to help you keep your data clean.

Who gets it?

This feature is available to customers enrolled in the Flexible CRM Views beta. Smart Properties and Suggested Filters are available with a Starter+ subscription. CRM Smart Digest is available with any Enterprise subscription.
