Customer agent now filters out citations that don't match the language of the response it generated. Only citations in the visitor's language are shown.
Visitors were sometimes seeing citations pointing to articles in a different language than the one they were using — for example, an English-speaking visitor being directed to a French article. With this update, every citation shown is one your visitor can actually read.
This requires no setup. When customer agent selects sources to cite, it checks the language of each knowledge chunk and removes any that don't match the response language. This is the default behavior for all customer agent users.
