Data Agent: Web Research for Contacts

What is it?

Data agent can now browse the web to research contacts in your CRM and answer questions about them.

Why does it matter?

You can now quickly gather up-to-date information about your contacts without leaving HubSpot. This helps you:

• Prepare for meetings with the latest context about a contact's activities
• Identify new conversation starters based on recent publications or news mentions
• Understand a contact's career progression to tailor your outreach

How does it work?

To use web research for a contact:

1. Navigate to Contact relatedSmart Properties, Smart Actions, or Smart Columns
2. Create a new Data Agent prompt
3. Select Web Research as the data source
4. Enter your research question about the contact

Who gets it?

This feature is available for HubSpot Customer Platform Starter, Professional, and Enterprise; Commerce Hub Professional and Enterprise; Content Hub Starter, Professional, and Enterprise; Marketing Hub Starter, Professional, and Enterprise; Data Hub Starter, Professional, and Enterprise; Sales Hub Starter, Professional, and Enterprise; Service Hub Starter, Professional, and Enterprise; and Smart CRM Professional and Enterprise.

HubSpot Credits are required to use this feature.
