A new transcription experience for Notetaker, designed to deliver faster, high-quality transcripts across more of the meetings and calls your teams have.
In recent testing, transcripts were available up to 4x faster than our existing transcription experience, helping meeting insights become available sooner.
The new experience also improves transcription quality for non-English conversations and is better equipped to handle multilingual meetings and calls, including conversations where speakers switch between languages.
Transcripts power many of the experiences that help reps take action after a conversation, including meeting summaries, next steps, follow ups, and other insights. Faster transcripts mean those insights can be available while the conversation is still fresh, helping reps move from meeting to follow-up more quickly. Improved support for non-English and multilingual meetings also creates a more consistent experience for global teams.
There’s nothing customers need to configure or change in their workflow.
Once enrolled in the beta, eligible Notetaker meetings will automatically use the enhanced transcription experience. Customers simply need to join the beta; after that, Notetaker continues working as it does today.
Please note: These improvements are available for meetings and calls recorded with HubSpot's native Notetaker. Calls and meetings recorded with an integration are not supported at this time.
