Enrichment Activity Log

What is it?

You can now view a chronological log of all enrichment events in their portal, showing when, how, and why records were enriched and by whom.

Why does it matter?

When property values change through enrichment, it can be difficult to trace when the update happened, what triggered it, and who was responsible. The enrichment activity log gives you a single place to audit enrichment across your entire account, so you can troubleshoot unexpected property changes, understand the timing and source of updates, and measure the impact of your data enrichment efforts.

How does it work?

Navigate to the Enrichment Activity Log page in your account to see a chronological feed of enrichment events. Each entry includes a timestamp, the enrichment source, and user attribution.

• Automatic and continuous enrichment events are grouped in three-hour time blocks.
• Manual and bulk enrichments display the initiating user and let you navigate to the affected records.
• Import-triggered and workflow-triggered enrichments include links back to the source for additional context.

No additional setup is required. The log populates automatically as enrichment occurs.
