You can now connect up to 30 eligible HubSpot accounts within a single multi-account management organization, up from the previous limit of 5 accounts.
If you're managing multiple brands or entities, the 5-account connection limit may have created friction as your business grew. You can now manage more accounts centrally without manual workarounds, making it easier to scale your operations across larger, operationally independent entities.
When creating a multi-account management organization, you can now select and connect up to 30 accounts instead of 5.
When setting up connections for each feature, you can configure 1:1, 1:N, or N:N connections as needed.
Reporting across accounts remains restricted to 5 accounts due to technical constraints. You'll see a notification about this limit during report creation.
All other setup and navigation remains unchanged from the current multi-account management workflow.
Customers with Marketing Hub Enterprise in at least one of the accounts in their organization will gain access to Multi-Account Management. With this access, you can connect additional HubSpot accounts within your organization that have a Professional or Enterprise subscription for any Hub.
