Whether you're triaging and prioritizing tickets or monitoring your pipelines, the help desk board now feels familiar and works more powerfully.
Super admins and users with partner account permissions can customize which properties appear on each card at the global level for each pipeline, while all users can customize their own cards. You can also take bulk actions on multiple tickets at once and sort and filter your views. Ticket updates are reflected on the board in real time. As before, sorting and filtering preferences are shared across layouts.
