Index Table Add Column Suggestions & Templates

What is it?

The Add Column picker now surfaces personalized property suggestions and smart property templates in one place, so you can find an existing property or create a new one backed by Data Agent — without leaving the index page.

Why does it matter?

Finding the right property to add to your table is hard. Sometimes what you need is buried in a long list or doesn't exist yet. This update brings the most relevant properties to the top as well as Smart Property templates into the flow of work so you spend less time configuring and searching, and more time working your deals.

How does it work?

When you click to add a column to your index table, you'll see two things:

1. Suggested Properties — a personalized list of existing properties based on your recent usage, teammate activity, and object type. Hover over the ⓘ icon to see why each was suggested.
2. Smart Property templates — quick-action templates like Web research, Summarize, and Extract, plus a full template library to browse. Select a template to create a new Smart Property and add it directly to your table.
