Meetings calendar in the main navigation

What is it?

View and action on all your past and upcoming meetings via the new meetings calendar available in your main navigation.

Why does it matter?

The meetings calendar was previously only available in the Sales Workspace and the Customer Success space. Now, all users can see their schedule in HubSpot.

How does it work?

Navigate to Sales > Calendar.

Your Calendar allows you to see all of your meetings, including both those that exist in HubSpot (represented in orange) and those on your connected Google or Outlook calendar that are not surfaced in your CRM (represented in blue).

Use the Key at the top of the calendar to filter which items appear.

In the collapsible left side panel, you will find today's upcoming meetings alongside your past meetings from the last 7 days. You can easily update meeting outcomes from either this panel or the calendar itself.

Sales Professional and Enterprise users can click an upcoming meeting to prepare for the conversation, or select a past meeting to review its transcript, summary, action items, and suggested CRM updates.

To access these advanced meeting prep and follow-up features, opt into the Notetaker with Smart Deal Progression beta. This beta also extends notetaking, prep, and follow-up tools to Service Hub Pro+ users.

At the top of your calendar, you'll also have access to schedule a new meeting by clicking on the "Schedule a meeting" button or open a new tab with your scheduling links by clicking the "Meeting scheduler" button.
