What is it?

Microsoft Advertising in HubSpot lets you run, manage, and measure Microsoft Advertising campaigns as a native integration directly inside HubSpot, connecting your ad spend to contacts, pipeline, and revenue in one closed-loop system.

With Microsoft Advertising in HubSpot, you can:

  • - Create ad audiences from HubSpot contacts, engaging with them across Microsoft surfaces like Bing, Outlook, Copilot, and MSN based on what you already know about them.
  • - Track and attribute performance with one-click UET tag installation and conversion goal syncing, so you can see which ads are driving leads, pipeline, and revenue.
  • - Automate follow-up by enrolling contacts who engage with your Microsoft Advertising campaigns directly into HubSpot workflows.
  • - Report on Microsoft Advertising alongside the rest of your marketing activity, without switching tabs.

Why does it matter?

See which ads drive pipeline and revenue, without leaving HubSpot. You no longer have to manually export your leads from Microsoft Advertising to HubSpot. Now, every ad click ties to a contact record, and every deal traces back to the ad campaign that started the conversation. When a prospect clicks a Microsoft ad and fills out a form, HubSpot can immediately trigger a personalized follow-up, assigning a sales rep, enrolling the contact in a nurture sequence, or kicking off a workflow tailored to that campaign.

Target based on verified LinkedIn data. Microsoft Advertising is the only digital advertising platform outside of LinkedIn that lets you target by verified LinkedIn profile data, including company, industry, job function, and seniority, so you can engage with professionals while they search and browse beyond LinkedIn.

Unlock business growth with more precise targeting. Turn your HubSpot contact lists into audience targeting lists on Microsoft Advertising. Engage with your leads and customers across the Microsoft ecosystem where they work, browse, and chat. Combined with Microsoft’s audience intelligence, you capture their intent the moment they’re ready.
