Mobile Quick Filters for CRM Objects [iOS only]

What is it?

HubSpot mobile users on iOS can now filter CRM object lists using five quick filters that appear at the top of contacts, companies, deals, leads, tickets, and custom object lists.

Why does it matter?

Mobile users previously couldn't narrow down CRM object lists efficiently, significantly hindering productivity when trying to locate specific records on the go. These quick filters allow reps to drill down into the data they need faster and more precisely, regardless of location.

How does it work?

1. Open the HubSpot mobile app on iOS and navigate to any CRM object list (Contacts, Companies, Deals, Leads, Tickets, or custom objects)
2. Select from the available quick filters at the top of the list:
   • Owner - filter by record owner
   • Create Date - filter by when records were created
   • Last Activity Date - filter by recent activity
   • Lead Status - available on leads (filter by lead stage)
   • Close Date - available on deals (filter by close date)
   • Priority - available on tickets (filter by priority level)
3. Select your desired filter values

Who gets it?

This feature is available to all HubSpot users on iOS across all product tiers. Users can access it immediately by updating their app in the Apple App Store. Android users already have access to this functionality.
