Presentation Templates in Context Home

What is it?

Introducing Presentation Templates in Context within Agent Hub. Customers can now upload their existing presentation templates and provide instructions for when and how Breeze Assistant should use them when creating presentations.

Why does it matter?

Customers already have templates that reflect their brand, preferred layouts, and presentation style. Giving Breeze Assistant access to these templates helps it generate more consistent, on-brand presentations and reduces the need for manual restyling.

How does it work?

Customers can add presentation templates in two ways:

1. From Breeze Assistant: Upload a presentation template while working with Breeze, then ask Breeze to save it to Context within Agent Hub for future use.
2. From Context in Agent Hub: Navigate to Presentation Templates, upload a template, and add instructions describing when and how Agents should use it.

Once saved, Agents can reference these templates and their instructions when creating future presentations. Customers can also manage their templates and update instructions in Context in Agent Hub.
