The services tab in the customer success workspace will be renamed projects. The projects object will become the new default object for this tab in the customer success workspace.
The projects object is receiving significant investment and will be better positioned to track the nuances of project management that are critical to service delivery, onboarding, success plans and more. The projects object can now be viewed as a gantt chart with more updates coming soon.
For existing customers who have already set up the customer success workspace, nothing is changing. Existing customers will have the option to switch their object to the projects object. Customers who have not yet set up the customer success workspace will see the projects object as the default option.
Service Hub Professional, Service Hub Enterprise
