When you create a new standard sandbox, HubSpot now copies automated marketing emails that use custom templates or custom modules.
If your workflows rely on automated marketing emails built with custom templates, those emails previously couldn't be copied to your sandbox. That meant the workflows referencing them were also skipped, along with any lists and forms tied to those workflows. The result was a sandbox that looked incomplete and didn't reflect your actual production setup.
With this update, your sandbox will include a copy of automated emails that use custom templates or custom modules, and any dependent assets that rely on these emails. This gives you a more accurate environment to test in outside of your production account.

Sandboxes are available to customers with any of the following enterprise hubs: Commerce Hub Enterprise, Content Hub Enterprise, Marketing Hub Enterprise, Data Hub Enterprise, Sales Hub Enterprise, Service Hub Enterprise, and Smart CRM Enterprise.
