When you create a sandbox, HubSpot now copies assets assigned to all of your brands, not just your default brand.
If you manage multiple brands in HubSpot, sandboxes previously only copied assets tied to your default brand. This meant workflows, emails, and forms assigned to non-default brands were missing from your sandbox, making it difficult to test changes that affect your full production environment.
Now you can test with confidence knowing your sandbox accurately reflects your complete production environment across all brands.
To create a sandbox, go to Settings > Sandboxes > Create sandbox.
When you create a sandbox, HubSpot will:
The assets copied include automated marketing emails, workflows, forms, custom properties, appearance and branding settings, and subscriptions. Your sandbox will reflect the correct brand context for each asset, just as it appears in production.
Note: This sync is production to sandbox only. Support for Deploy to production will follow soon.
