Users can save draft changes to Customer Agent deployment configurations before publishing, keeping updates separate from the live deployment until ready to go live.

Managing live Customer Agent deployments requires frequent updates and testing, but previously all configuration changes were deployed immediately, making it difficult to control when updates became visible. This change allows users to review and prepare updates, reducing deployment risk and increasing confidence in testing before going live.

How does it work?

• - Open a Customer Agent deployment in the Channels section.
• - Make changes to the deployment configuration.
• - Choose to Deploy or Save your changes as a draft.
• - Continue editing as needed.
• - Publish when ready to make the changes live.

Available for all Hubs & Tiers. No additional prerequisites required.
