Sign into HubSpot using ChatGPT account

You can now sign into HubSpot using your ChatGPT account. This update also supports a smoother sign-in and connection flow from inside ChatGPT. Start in ChatGPT, sign into the right HubSpot account, and connect the two products without extra steps.

Why does it matter?

This adds another verification method on signup and login, and reduces friction for customers who want to use HubSpot in ChatGPT. A simpler connection experience means less back-and-forth between products and fewer steps before getting started.

How does it work?

From HubSpot:

• - Customers can choose ChatGPT as a sign-in option when accessing HubSpot and are verified through a secure flow before continuing.

From ChatGPT:

• - When a customer initiates the connection from ChatGPT, HubSpot checks whether they're already signed in to the correct account.
• - If they are, the connection continues right away.
• - If not, HubSpot guides them through sign-in first, then returns them to complete the setup.
