Description
Social settings can now be managed in a simpler page with fewer tabs. The Accounts tab has been made easier and faster to use, with connected accounts grouped by Social Network.
Why does it matter?
Reason for development
The previous Social Settings page was cluttered, making it difficult to manage social account connections and settings. Simplifying the page makes navigation clearer and faster, and makes it easier to understand and manage settings.
How does it work?
How it works
- - Go to the Social Settings page.
- - All Social account management, including connecting, editing, and viewing connection statuses (Active, Expired, Expiring), is now handled from the Accounts tab.
- - Collapsible sections sort accounts by social network, showing up to 10 at a time, with expandable options for more.
- - Filters allow sorting by account status.
- - Expired accounts show limited actions (Authenticate only).
- - The 'Follow Me' module appears below the accounts table, with a link to Content Hub for further access.
- - The Social Inbox and Follow Me settings tabs have been removed; their functions are now in the Accounts tab.
- - The Connect Account module now clearly separates Facebook and Instagram connections with distinct selectors.
