Microsoft Fabric: A brand-new native connector for Microsoft Fabric Warehouse, supporting three things from one app.
Microsoft shops running analytics on Azure currently have no first-party way to get HubSpot data into their warehouse, or to bring warehouse data into the CRM, without third-party tools or custom integrations. This connector gives Microsoft Fabric customers a native path in both directions: Direct Ingest removes the forced Data Studio builder step and doesn't use credits, and Data Out exports HubSpot data to their Fabric Warehouse on a schedule.
Install the Microsoft Fabric app from the HubSpot Marketplace, then go to Connected Apps and select Microsoft Fabric. One connection gives you Direct Ingest, Data Studio and Data Out.
Connect your warehouse
1. In your Fabric workspace, give the HubSpot Microsoft Entra service principal (tenant ID, client ID and client secret) the Contributor role.
2. Enter your SQL connection string (the server address, without the port) and your Warehouse name.
Direct sync to CRM (Fabric into HubSpot)
1. Choose a schema and a table or view, and preview the rows.
2. Map the columns to HubSpot properties.
3. Set a recurring schedule. HubSpot syncs the data to CRM records with no Data Studio step.
Prefer to join or transform the data first? Connect the same source to Data Studio instead and use it in a dataset.
Data Out (HubSpot into Fabric)
1. Choose the objects (standard and custom), associations and events to export, and set a sync frequency.
2. HubSpot writes a full snapshot to a staging table, then swaps it into your hubspot_data_out_<id> schema in one step. If a sync fails, your previous tables stay in place.
