Undo and Redo Enrichment Data Changes

Written by Catalin Vlad | Oct 13, 2026, 1:13:36 PM

What is it?

Users with data enrichment access can now undo property changes made by any enrichment flow. From the data enrichment activity log, you can undo property changes from a past enrichment, either for specific records or across the full batch run, down to individual properties.

Why does it matter?

When an enrichment flow runs on the wrong list or writes incorrect data to thousands of records, cleaning it up used to mean hours of manual work. Now you can reverse enrichment activity directly from the activity log, restoring original values, without touching records one by one.

How does it work?

  1. In your HubSpot account, navigate to Settings > Data enrichment and open the Activity tab.
  2. Find the enrichment activity you want to reverse and click Details to view every record affected.
  3. Select the records to revert. Select records individually, or use Select all records to revert the entire batch. To revert only specific properties, click the "x properties were updated" link on a record and select the properties (all are selected by default).
  4. Click Revert enrichment to restore the original values. Records or properties that were already reverted can't be reverted again.
  5. When the job completes, you'll receive a notification with a summary of how many records were reverted or failed, and a link back to the activity log.
