All this is packaged in what is now called the Analyze experience inside of each list to help you better understand what’s working and what’s not working in your engagement strategy.
Lists are used throughout HubSpot to help you quickly communicate with your most important segments and create personalized experiences for them. However, it can be difficult to understand how a specific segment is performing or how a message is resonating with that segment, especially as you engage with it over time.
Before this release, you had to pull data manually from each marketing asset or try to combine all of the data with custom reports. Now, all of these rich insights are available directly within each list, helping you understand what’s working and where you can improve.
1. Navigate to CRM --> Lists, click into a List, and select the Analyze tab
2. In the "Segment breakdown" section, you can view the metrics previously in the "Performance" tab
3. In the "Segment comparison" section, you can compare how this segment is performing relative to other segments based on email performance, landing page performance, and CTA performance
4. In the "Active" section, if the segment is used in an activation channel in HubSpot, you can dive deeper into its performance in a specific channel
5. In the "Available channels" section, you can browse all the available use cases for this
