Customize Board View With Any Property

What is it?

You can now group CRM records in board view by any property, not just pipeline stages. Choose any property—such as deal owner, ticket priority, or custom fields—to organize your board view into columns.

Note: This beta includes access to the new CRM board experience and flexible CRM views. No additional action is needed.

Why does it matter?

Many workflows don't follow traditional pipeline stages. This gives you greater flexibility to organize and interact with your data in a way that matches your specific business processes and team structure.

How does it work?

  • Go to the index page of any CRM object (e.g. Contacts > Companies > Deals > Tickets).
  • Select Board view.
  • Choose a property to group records into columns. By default, the board groups by pipeline stage.
  • Select which property values to display as columns.
  • Drag and drop records between columns to update their property value.
  • Save your board view for quick access.
