You can now choose how your support team (Ticket Owners) is displayed in the Customer Portal. By default, we display first names, and now you have more control.

This update helps you tailor your support team display names to match your company's tone, culture, and customer expectations.
Go to customer portal settings > Advanced Tab > Tickets section > scroll down to Ticket Owner Display to customize your support team display.
