What is it?

Breeze Assistant can now appear directly within Global Search results for contacts. Based on the available context for the top search result, Breeze may generate a short summary and display suggested actions that help users quickly continue their workflow.

Selecting a suggested action opens Breeze Assistant with a pre-filled prompt to help users complete the task faster.

 

Why does it matter?

Today, Global Search helps users find records quickly, but users still need to open the record, review recent activity, and decide what to do next before taking action. This adds extra steps and slows down common workflows.

Actionable search results with Breeze Assistant help users move faster by surfacing relevant summaries and suggested actions directly within search results, making it easier to continue common workflows from a single place.

 

How does it work?

Search for a contact using Global Search and Breeze Assistant may appear alongside the top search result with a short summary based on the available context for that contact.

Breeze may also display suggested actions related to the contact, such as reviewing recent activity, preparing for an upcoming meeting, or drafting a reply.

Selecting a suggested action opens Breeze Assistant with a pre-filled prompt, allowing users to continue their workflow from search results uninterrupted.

Available in Breeze Assistant on web online; not supported in the HubSpot mobile app.
