Create Lead Scores with Total Score Limits up to 10,000

What is it?

All Lead Scoring customers (both professional and enterprise) can now create lead scores with total score limits up to 10,000. You can select the following options from the total score limit dropdown: 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 1,000, and 10,000. The increased score limit applies to all types of score (contacts, companies, and deals).

Why does it matter?

Customers felt constrained trying to build lead scores with lower total score limits because it was difficult to differentiate engagement levels with the total score being capped. With increased total score limits, you now have more flexibility in creating scoring rules with greater point values and interpreting the wider range of your leads' engagement activities and fit.

How does it work?

1. In the Global Navigation Bar on the left, go to Marketing > Lead Scoring. Once in the Lead Scoring app, either create a new score by clicking "Create score" or click "edit" next to an existing score.

2. While creating or editing a score, click the dropdown option next to "Score limit" and select the maximum total score.

3. The total score limit will reflect as the maximum possible score and highest threshold in the settings page.
