Data Agent: Activities and Transcripts Data Source

What is it?

Data Agent now analyzes emails, notes, and call transcripts to answer questions about your customer engagements.

Why does it matter?

• Summarize feedback across multiple communication channels, including emails, notes, and calls.
• Prepare for calls using a wider range of customer touchpoints
• Compare email feedback with record notes to determine next steps

How does it work?

To use activities and transcripts as a data source for data agent:

1. Select your property details and type.
2. In the Data Source dropdown, select Activities and transcripts.
3. Select the specific engagements you want data agent to analyze.

Note: Existing prompts using the Transcripts data source will continue to work without any changes. To include emails and notes, update your prompt and expand the scope to include them.

Who gets it?

This feature is available for HubSpot Credits, Commerce Hub Professional and Enterprise, Content Hub Starter, Professional, and Enterprise, Marketing Hub Starter, Professional, and Enterprise, Data Hub Starter, Professional, and Enterprise, Sales Hub Starter, Professional, and Enterprise, Service Hub Starter, Professional, and Enterprise, and Smart CRM Professional and Enterprise.
