How does it work?
To use activities and transcripts as a data source for data agent:
- Select your property details and type.
- In the Data Source dropdown, select Activities and transcripts.
- Select the specific engagements you want data agent to analyze.
Note: Existing prompts using the Transcripts data source will continue to work without any changes. To include emails and notes, update your prompt and expand the scope to include them.
