HubSpot's agents are already working across your go-to-market. Agent Hub brings them together so you can see everything they're doing, understand the outcomes they're driving, and build what's next, all in one place.

 

How does it work?

When you open Agent Hub, you'll see all-new set of HubSpot-built agents mapped across your GTM journey, from awareness through retention, so you can see where AI is working at a glance.

• - Each card shows the agent, whether it's active or inactive, and a primary action.
  •    - Active agents display the outcomes they're driving (for example, the Customer Agent's resolution rate)
  •    - Inactive agents show what they'd deliver, with an Activate action to turn them on.
• - Activating an agent opens a quick setup flow: name your agent. set a few basics, then you can continue setup or head back to the hub. Once it's running, the card flips to active and starts showing live results.
• - Select Configure on an active card to access that agent's full settings. From there, one click takes you back to Agent Hub.

 

What all is included?

We've added additional functionality and streamlined the overall experience:

• - Agent Builder, including custom agents (Starter+) and a new workflow builder (Pro+ customers only). Build, manage, and combine custom agents and agentic automations in one modern canvas.
• - Build with Breeze Assistant. Describe what you want your workflow to do in plain language. Breeze Assistant builds it for you using the data already in your CRM.
• - Custom agents run on HubSpot credits: Custom agent runs count towards your plan’s credit usage. You can test your agents for free without worrying about being charged a credit.
• - Embedded automation panel. Starter customers can build agent-powered automations directly from CRM index pages (Contacts, Companies, Deals, Tickets) and within Agent Builder — a simplified, guided workflow builder with triggers like "Run on schedule" and "Run on property value changed," plus a Run Agent action to trigger custom agents from within these workflows.
• - Suggested automations. Agent Hub recommends relevant automation templates based on your agents and CRM data, so customers can get started quickly without building from scratch.
• - Run history. View execution history and status for automated workflows directly in the embedded panel, including alerts when an agent action needs attention.
