Google Workspace for Breeze Assistant

What is it?

You can now connect Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Chat, and Gmail to HubSpot. Once connected, Breeze Assistant and your agents in Agent Hub can read data and take action across your Google Workspace tools using plain-language prompts, without leaving HubSpot.

Why does it matter?

Your team already works across Google Workspace every day. With these connectors, Breeze Assistant and your agents have direct access to that context inside HubSpot, so you can pull information, take action, and keep everything in sync across the tools your business runs on.

How does it work?

Use your existing accounts for each tool to grant access, then connect, prompt, and take action directly from HubSpot.

To connect a Google Workspace tool to Breeze Assistant:

  1. In the top navigation bar in your HubSpot account, click Breeze Assistant.
  2. Click +, then navigate to Connectors > + Add connector.
  3. On the connector you want to add, click Connect.
  4. Sign in to your account for that app.
  5. Review the required permissions, then click Allow.
  6. After the connection is complete, click X in the top right to return to Breeze Assistant.

Once connected, prompt Breeze Assistant to retrieve information or take action in the connected tool. You can ask which actions are available or visit the connector's marketplace listing for details:
