Mobile Calendar Access for All HubSpot Users

What is it?

You can now connect your Google Calendar, Office 365, or Exchange calendar to the HubSpot mobile app regardless of your hub or subscription tier.

Why does it matter?

Staying on top of your schedule shouldn't depend on which HubSpot plan you're on. Previously, connecting a calendar in the mobile app required a Sales Hub Professional or Enterprise subscription with an assigned Sales seat. With this change, anyone using the HubSpot mobile app can connect their preferred calendar, view upcoming meetings, manage their schedule, and book meetings directly from their phone or tablet.

How does it work?

  • If you haven't connected a calendar yet, a Connect Calendar card appears on your app homepage. To connect your calendar:
    1. Open the HubSpot app on your iOS or Android device.
    2. Tap Connect in the Connect your calendar section.
    3. Tap Google / Gmail, Office 365, or Microsoft Exchange.
    4. Follow the prompts to authorize access, then tap Done to return to your home screen.
Once connected, you can access your calendar from:
    • - The Upcoming Meetings widget or Prep meeting card on your homepage
    • - Meetings in the side menu
    • - The meeting scheduler when booking directly from a record

You will also be able to access Breeze Assistant in the app.

Who gets it?

This feature is available to all hubs and tiers in the HubSpot mobile app on both iOS and Android platforms. Please download the latest version of the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to access this update.
