What is it?

Users can generate an AI-powered summary of their last 24 hours of HubSpot notifications directly from the Notification sidebar and receive it by email and in the sidebar.

HubSpot users receive too many notifications to review individually, leading to missed updates and increased cognitive load. This feature gives users a quick, consolidated view of recent activity when they need it, reducing manual triage and helping them stay on top of important actions.

How does it work?

Accessing the On-Demand AI Summary

• - Open the Notification sidebar in HubSpot.
• - Navigate to the new "AI Summary" tab
• - If no summary exists for the last 24 hours, click "Generate Summary" to request one.
• - While the summary is being generated, an in-progress message is displayed and the app polls for completion.
• - Once complete, view the summary and its generation time in the sidebar and receive it via email.
• - If needed, click "Regenerate" (subject to a per-user daily limit) to get an updated summary covering the most recent 24 hours.

Who gets it?

This is only supporting English portals at present.
