Some Breeze Assistant Connectors are being removed

What is it?

Eight Breeze Assistant connectors are being removed from the Marketplace: Smartsheet, GitBook, Azure DevOps, Guru, ReadMe, Productboard, Helpjuice, and Document360.

New installs of these connectors are no longer available, and existing connections will stop working on September 26, 2025.

Why does it matter?

These connectors are built on an older architecture that we're no longer maintaining. Removing them prevents reliability issues and lets us focus investment on connectors that perform better within Breeze Assistant.

If you're using one of these connectors today, you have until September 26 to take action before the connection is automatically removed.

How does it work?

This change is automatic - no action is required unless you want to preserve your Breeze Assistant setup. If your portal has one of the affected connectors connected:

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Connected Apps
  2. Disconnect the affected connector before September 26 to avoid disruption
  3. If a replacement connector is available for your tool, you can connect it from the same page

On September 26, any remaining connections to the affected connectors will be automatically removed from all portals.
