Now, with the ability to automatically store call context in smart properties, it’s easy and fast to capture sentiment, next steps, objections, and more without manual data entry or digging through call transcripts.

When creating a smart property, select Call transcripts as your data source. Breeze will scan the five most recent transcripts tied to the record. It will use your prompt to find key information from call transcripts, then fill the smart property with a summary.
