What is it?
You can now use call transcripts as a data source for smart properties.
Why does it matter?
Important context is often shared during calls—but it can be hard to keep track of details or summarize afterward. Now, with the ability to automatically store call context in smart properties, it’s easy and fast to capture sentiment, next steps, objections, and more without manual data entry or digging through call transcripts.
Some examples of smart property prompts:
- "What was the customer's overall sentiment on recent calls?"
- "What next steps were mentioned by the customer or rep?"
- "What questions did the customer ask during the call?"
- "What objections did the customer raise in their most recent calls?"
- "What topics were covered during recent conversations?"
How does it work?
When creating a smart property, select Call transcripts as your data source. Breeze will scan the five most recent transcripts tied to the record. It will use your prompt to find key information from call transcripts, then fill the smart property with a summary.
