By implementing reCAPTCHA, you can reduce incoming chat volume from bots and spam. If you're using Customer Agent, this can minimize credit consumption from bots and spam.
ReCAPTCHA is a service from Google that acts as a security layer to distinguish human users from automated bots on websites. ReCAPTCHA is disabled by default but can be enabled on a per chatflow basis. If reCAPTCHA detects a bot or spam, the chatflow will present an error message to the user.
