What is it?
Description
The Breeze Assistant mobile app now supports push notifications. The first use case that we are launching are activation tips, delivered on a schedule over the user's first two weeks with the app, that introduce the features of the app and encourage users to start new threads to explore these.
Why does it matter?
Reason for development
Users struggle to understand Breeze Assistant's capabilities, reducing product adoption and effectiveness. This change helps users discover features, build usage habits, and act at the right moments by delivering timely, actionable notifications that increase engagement and prompt productive actions.
How does it work?
Accessing and Using Notifications
Users receive push notifications in the Breeze Assistant mobile app with onboarding tips, delivered on a schedule over two weeks from their first session.
Managing Notification Preferences
Users can turn individual notifications on or off in the mobile app's settings.
Notification Actions
When a notification is tapped, it opens a new or existing Breeze Assistant chat thread (sometimes prefilled with context), or navigates to a relevant section like meeting prep.
