The limited filtering and sorting options make managing growing collections of files difficult, leading to frustration and wasted time. This update addresses these issues by introducing powerful sorting and filtering tools that help users locate and organize their files more efficiently.

How does it work?

The new sorting and filtering system works across both list and grid views in File Manager. Users can:

• Filter files by multiple criteria, including:
  • File type
  • Uploaded date
  • Uploaded by
  • File status
• Sorting files by:
  • Name
  • File size
  • File format
  • Date updated

To use these features, navigate to File Manager, look for the filter, and sort controls at the top of your file view. Click the filter to select your criteria or the sort icon to choose your sorting preferences. Active filters display visual indicators that you can remove with one click.
