What is it?
Help desk spaces, previously limited to Enterprise, will soon be available to Pro tier customers.
Why does it matter?
This change is part of an ongoing effort to ensure packaging aligns more closely with customer needs.
Bringing spaces to Pro+ empowers even more support teams to:
- Get organized quickly so they can start resolving tickets faster
- Centralize tickets in a structured, team-based working area
- Access capabilities previously limited to Enterprise customers
How does it work?
Once live, these changes are automatic. Pro+ customers will be able to access spaces via help desk settings. Learn more about spaces here.
