New Lists Intro Page with AI Suggestions

What is it?

The Lists Intro is a centralized experience to help you understand and manage your segments, and uncover new segmentation opportunities with Suggestions. Lists Suggestions analyzes your goals, ideal customers, and target personas, and suggests 3 segments for your consideration.

Why does it matter?

Prior to the Lists Intro page and Suggestions, understanding, managing, and creating segments was manual, tedious, and time-consuming. Now, you can easily create the right segment through guided creation flows + AI-powered suggestions.

How does it work?

1. Navigate to the new Intro experience: CRM → Lists → Intro

2. Build segments by simply describing the contacts you want to engage with and AI will create the right set of filters for your segment.

3. Understand the number of Lists created by each object type

4. Get list suggestions based on your marketing goals with three out-of-the-box, goal-based suggestions and a custom suggestion where you can input custom goals and context.

After clicking "Generate suggestions", you will be taken to the list builder where you can make edits or save your new list.

Now, you're ready to begin communicating and engaging with your list!
